Load Reflex is made by ThirdEye Games ("we"). This page explains what the game does with your information. The short version: you can play without giving us anything, there are no third-party ads or trackers, and we don't sell your data.
What stays on your device
Your settings, color theme, local leaderboard, and your purchases' unlocked state are saved on your device.
Online leaderboard (optional)
If you enter a player name, your name, scores, highest combo, the date, and a random ID the game creates for your device are sent to our database so they can appear on the online leaderboard. Your player name and scores are visible to other players. Player names go through a profanity filter, and names that break it can be blocked from the leaderboard; that block is tied to the same random device ID.
Email updates (optional)
If you choose to add your email for the newsletter, we store it with your random device ID and use it only to send occasional Load Reflex news. You can turn the newsletter off in Settings at any time, which removes your email from our database. We never sell or share your email.
Purchases
In-app purchases are handled by the App Store or Google Play; we never see your payment details. We use RevenueCat to confirm what you've bought. RevenueCat receives a random app user ID, your Load Reflex purchase history, and basic technical details such as app version, operating system and country. This is used only to unlock and restore your purchases.
What we don't do
- No third-party ads and no advertising ID. The banner in the game is our own artwork.
- No tracking across other apps or websites.
- No selling or renting of your information.
Deleting your data
- On your device: uninstall Load Reflex.
- Your email: turn the newsletter off in Settings, or email us.
- Leaderboard entries and purchase records: email loadreflex@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Load Reflex data" and your player name. We delete your leaderboard entries, stored email and the RevenueCat purchase record within 30 days and reply to confirm. Apple and Google keep their own purchase receipts for tax and payment records; we can't delete those.
Children
Load Reflex isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you think a child has given us an email or a name, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
Data sent to our database or RevenueCat travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
